Book on sale
“In Peace and with Compassion…..The Way Forward” – The Book shall be on sale at the Syra Arts at Alla Rogers Gallery. Proceeds from the sale of the book shall go to various Egyptian charities like:
- Health Care for impoverished Egyptians through the Community Development Centers in Ras Suda in Alexandria and Ein Shams & Madinet El Salam in Cairo.
- Eid, Ramadan, and special occasions’ food & gift baskets for poor families in Maasara & Helwan.
- School Fees for primary school children
- Education for disabled children in Garbage City.
- Literacy classes for women.
- Holiday trips for underprivileged children.
- Schoolbooks & uniforms for the child of Egyptian widows.
- Education for a child with special needs through the Menara special needs school.
- Special education for a deaf child through The Deaf Unit, which is a sign language primary school in Old Cairo.
- Vocational Training courses for an Egyptian woman through Community Development Centers.
- Basic Health Care for impoverished Egyptian families through the Harpur Memorial Hospital in the Delta.
- Children’s Club for children living in Garbage City.
