“Debunking Orientalism” Opening Reception

Syra Arts’ first exhibition Debunking Orientalism in New York City titled “ Debunking Orientalism ” opened on Tuesday 12th April. The exhibition featured the works of 12 Egyptian artists. The reception was attended by Ambassador Amr Abdellatif Aboulatta and his wife Mrs. Faika Zaki . Three of the artist showing were in attendance, Ahmed Morsi, Galila Nawar and Marwa Adel. Art lovers, gallery owners,and other dignitaries from the international community enjoyed the art and lively discussions with the artists and the curator Nagla Samir.
